Measuring Dose Response 

Progressive overload of training is so important and using Ramp rate (Blue line) is an excellent way at looking a that dose response, especially the gap when the rider backs off and adaptations take place.
As we begin to increase the volume of training mFTP is given a little nudge up from below. This is the first time in a while the direction of this fitness marker starts to improve.
