Vision
The Under 23 category is the middle part of the Neo Pro Cycling Pathway and arguably the most important phase for any aspiring cyclist. For our existing juniors we've applied a keen eye on the fatigue resistance capabilities needed for Under 23 cycling which makes it easier for them to transition into the U23 ranks. New riders entering the pathway we will start the process of understanding your unique physiological capabilities we used in the junior part of the pathway which you can read here
Mission
To utilise historical performance data to help gain insight into the individual response/adaptation patterns of previous training completed and create an improved understanding of environmental effects on performance.
Objective
Everything you do leaves a foot print and we track, evaluate that foot print response. For one athlete they could perform much better in colder conditions compared to the summer heat, another athlete may cope much better at altitude compared to the other. This accelerated insight helps fine tune your path forward so you can maximise your chances of personal success in under 23 racing.
Ultimately that success comes when the physiological and environmental capabilities of the athlete meet the demands of the event. We understand you as an athlete, we’ve gained clarity by utilising historical performance data and understand environmental effects with what worked, didn’t work in previous training and racing.
