Understanding The Athlete's Unique Physiology
At Neo Pro we use an enhanced power profile using a second by second power human performance model. The human performance model has given Neo a group of metrics to achieve a full 360 degree view of the performing athlete. This enhanced level of human performance modelling helps us as coaches delve deeper into understanding how our athletes produce power but also their unique strengths and weakness.
Understanding the performing athletes current physiology helps us as coaches prescribe individualised training. When we understand the individual training and response footprint of the athlete, not only does it show us that each athletes footprint is unique, but it also gives us the ability to.
1 - Individualise training.
2 - The ability to quantify and view the underlying physiology of the athlete.
3 - Identify specific, relative strengths and weaknesses.
4 - Dose response relationship, not only measured as power or heart rate, but as the actual adaptation of the underlying physiology.
Neo Pro Cycle Coaching are passionate about creating a truly unique path forward in your development. By understanding the athlete and applying individualised training tactics, we can get the most out of every rider we work with on your path to personal success.
